There are several practices that almost all teams, regardless of approach, should be doing. Several of these are not part of Scrum but can readily be added to it. Lean-Agile at the Team discussed how an integration of Scrum, Kanban and eXtreme Programming was useful to see the practices all teams should be doing. Even when a practice isn’t suitable to a particular situation, the principle underneath it can lead to an appropriate practice. Consider the list in Figure 1 to be a set of practices that should be considered. If not appropriate for your context the consider alternative practices that meet the same objective.
