I am struggling with using user stories in Scrum.
Exactly, with the focus of conversation when identifying the user stories for a sprint.
Is the user story best used as an articulation of a user need?
Or it is best used as the solution to satisfying that need?
Therefore, the product owner identifies the most important problems for now, or finds the best solutions to these problems?
