A common method of sequencing work is with Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF). While this was popularized by SAFe, its implementation is over-simplified and has some challenges to it. Epics are too big in that every epic, even top-priority ones, will have parts that are not as important as parts of other epics. We need to trim them down.
