Provide Feedback
As members of the team, testers are not simply responsible for technical details of their job. As a team, they are responsible for the team’s processes. In early states, this may be uncomfortable or feel irrelevant but it is their duty in partnership with fellow team mates.

One of the principles of Lean-Agile is to create knowledge. Testers should be sharing lessons with fellow testers on the team.

Testers must develop competency in the special tools and technical practices for developers in an Agile team such as:

  • Code quality including Acceptance Test-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development
  • Testing tools and platforms
